Privacy policy

We collect the minimum needed to run the site, measure games and pay developers.

Players

No account is needed to play. To measure plays and play time we store a random identifier in your browser; on the server it is hashed with a salt that changes every day and is deleted after 2 days, so we cannot follow you from one day to the next.

IP addresses are only stored hashed (daily hash) to limit abuse and filter bots.

Developers

Name, email (if provided), passkey data (public key only, never your fingerprint or face) and your PayPal email, stored encrypted.

Cookies

We use one necessary session cookie to keep you signed in. It is valid only for publicagames.com and is never sent to games.

Once ads are enabled, the ad network (e.g. Google AdSense) may use its own cookies; we will ask for consent where the law requires.

Your rights

You can request access, correction or deletion of your data (GDPR, LGPD and Swiss data protection law).
