The service

Publica Games is a free portal where players play in the browser and developers publish HTML5/WebGL games. The site is funded by ads.

Accounts

You are responsible for access to your account (passkey, Google or email). One person or studio may hold one account. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.

Uploaded games

You confirm you hold the rights to everything you upload (code, images, music, 3D models). You grant us a non-exclusive, free, worldwide licence to host, display, promote (e.g. covers and clips) and distribute the game on the portal while it is published. You may remove your game at any time.

Every game is reviewed before publication and may be rejected or removed, especially if it breaks the Content policy.

Revenue sharing

Revenue sharing follows the Revenue sharing rules published on the site. No amount is guaranteed and nothing is paid automatically.

Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”. We do not guarantee uninterrupted operation. Third-party games are the responsibility of their authors.
