Do they work on phones and Meta Quest?
It depends on the game. Each page shows the controls: games with the VR badge open in virtual reality in the Quest browser, and games marked for mobile support touch.

Right now most come from Brojek Games, the studio behind the portal. Any developer can submit an HTML5 game, which is reviewed before it is published.
