There is also ping pong with a paddle in your hand against a computer opponent. The games use Meta Quest controllers to shoot, pass and return the ball, and some also open on PC and phone.

Yes. FUT VR 56 is 5-a-side football in VR, and Brojek Crazy Football MR puts the pitch on your table. Both open in the browser with nothing to install.
Can I play against friends?
For now the games on this list are played against the computer. When multiplayer sports games arrive, they will show up here.
Do I need a Meta Quest?
The games were designed with Quest in mind. Crazy Football MR also works on computer and phone; check the controls on each game page.
How long is a match?
A few minutes. Matches are designed for short sessions.
