Making money with HTML5 games

Browser games usually earn through ads: the portal shows advertising and part of the revenue goes back to the people who made the games. Here that part is up to 50% of the net ad revenue received each month, gathered into a developer pool.

The pool is split among games that genuinely keep players coming back, measured by plays, average session time and next-day return. House games (Brojek Games) are left out; the pool is only for independent developers.

To be straight with you: sharing starts once the site has active ads; no amount is guaranteed. Each month’s payout depends on real revenue and on how many games qualify.

Frequently asked questions

How much can I earn?

No number can be promised. It depends on the month’s ad revenue, your game’s qualified minutes played and how many other games qualify.

What are the criteria?

In the month: at least 1,000 plays, an average session of 3 minutes or more and next-day return of 10% or more, with the game published for at least 7 days and no rule violations.

How do I get paid?

Via PayPal, from US$ 50. Amounts below the minimum carry over to the following months.

What counts as a qualified minute?

Only sessions of 60 seconds or more count, each capped at 120 minutes, and bot traffic is discarded.
